The Volunteers and the Strovolos Municipality joined forces and created an even more special children’s choir, under the name: Choir of Young Volunteers of the Municipality of Strovolos “Singing for a Purpose”.
Choir of Young Volunteers of the Municipality of Strovolos “Singing for a Purpose”, was created with the aim of developing the musical culture and teamwork of the members through choral singing, as well as the financial contribution to our fellow human beings in need, since the amount of money collected from the choir’s performances, is offered to support various charitable causes.
We accept new registrations, giving children the opportunity to live the experience of recording songs in the studio, participating in videoclips, meeting musicians and artists from Cyprus and abroad, but also taking part in various concerts, festivals, and appearances with the choir.
The choir performs songs written just for it, as well as others. Her resume includes three recording jobs, while she is preparing for the fourth with new songs, written by our musicians, Cleopatra Charalambous and Angelos Doukas, with the participation of other notable artists from Cyprus and abroad.
