egistration has opened once again this year for the Strovolos Municipality “YOUNG VOLUNTEERS” Choir — “Singing for a Cause.”

Yet another year, we sing for a Good Cause!

We are accepting new registrations, offering children the opportunity to experience recording songs in a studio, participate in music videos, meet musicians and artists from Cyprus and abroad, and take part in various concerts, festivals, and choir performances.

The Strovolos Municipality “YOUNG VOLUNTEERS” choir “Singing for a Cause” was created with the goal of nurturing musical culture and teamwork among its members through choral singing, as well as providing financial assistance to people in need, since the proceeds collected from the choir’s performances are donated to support various charitable causes and projects dedicated to children: #fromchildrentochildren 🫶🏽

The choir performs songs composed exclusively for them, as well as other repertoire. Their record includes collaborations with musicians from Cyprus and Greece, performances at various events and theaters, and projects with bands and orchestras. They have three albums to their credit and are completing their fourth this year, featuring songs written by musicians Kleopatra Charalambous and Angelos Doukas, with contributions from other notable artists from Cyprus and abroad.
